As someone with Celiac Disease, I get asked what I miss eating or drinking most, since having to transition to a gluten-free diet. Cauliflower Pizza Crust – Found in frozen food section – $4 for 10.6 ounces
Made with cornstarch, potato starch, olive oil and cauliflower, this gluten-free, vegan frozen crust is surprisingly crispy (especially around the edges,) and dare I add – tastes like bread? This provides a great gluten-free option for individuals intolerant to wheat, or those who prefer a gluten-free diet!
Organic Tomato Basil Marinara – $2.50 for 25 ounces
The gluten-free, tomato basil marinara from Trader Joe’s is my FAVORITE sauce to use for homemade pizza – This low fat, organic sauce is full of bold flavor, and is the perfect thickness for a great price.
Quattro Formaggio Shredded Cheese Blend – $5 for 12 ounces
Quattro Formaggio Shredded Cheese is a blend of Parm, Fontina, Provolone and Asiago. Personally, I believe it is the best homemade pizza mix. Remember the image we had in our head earlier about that oozy cheese pizza? This is the magic maker. With a meltiness similar to mozzarella, and a punch a bit sharper, this cheese blend will not steer you wrong.
Güten Beer – $12.99 6-pack

Take frozen cauliflower crust out of box and place in 450 degree oven without toppings! Bake for 12 minutes on one side, flip and bake opposite side for another 12 minutes. Feel free to use your own crispy-ness meter and take it out once it has reached your preferred level of crispy! Add your preferred toppings and broil pizza a few minutes more! Crack open a cold Güten Beer, and after letting pizza cool, enjoy a delicious, gluten and guilt free dinner at home!
